Was my order placed?

Upon order completion your screen will be prompted with a confirmation and order number. Additionally, we will send an email to the email address you provided confirming that you have placed an order. Once there is a tracking number available, it will be emailed to you as well. 

What is a discount code?

Discount codes are special temporary perks that we award our customers. They can be a certain percent off the order or item, a free item as a gift, etc. Please know that these codes are limited so take advantage of them when you see them. 

How to apply promotional codes to my order?

Promotional codes can be added at the checkout portion of your experience. Simply manually input the code in the box that says "Discount Code" and click apply. 

Why is my promotional code not working?

  • Make sure that the correct code is being used for the items you have in your cart.
  • Try double checking the spelling to see if there are any errors. 
  • If there are gifts included as part of the offer, please make sure the item being gifted is added to your cart before using the code. 

How many codes can I use per order?

Only one discount code can be used per order. 

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number received and navigate to our "Track Order" tab on our homepage. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally to most countries worldwide except a few which you can find in our Shipping FAQ page.

Please note that due to the current worldwide situation with COVID-19, delivery times have increased. We will try our hardest and be as efficient as possible with the processing of orders so that they can ship as fast as possible. Once the orders are shipped, it is out of our hands how logistics complications may affect delivery dates.
